This invoice and the associated payment terms and conditions (\"Agreement\") are effective as of the date specified above by Serene Scenes Landscaping (\"Service Provider\"). —Deposit

A deposit amounting to 50% of the total cost is required prior to the commencement of landscaping services as outlined in the contract service terms and conditions.

—Final Payment

The outstanding balance is to be settled within 14 days following the issuance of the final invoice. The final invoice will be generated within 48 hours after the completion of the service.

Late payments will incur a 10% late fee, which will be applied every 7 days an invoice remains unpaid.

—Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including cash, check, ACH Bank Pay, and credit or debit cards.

—Taxes

The client is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to the transaction. Tax exemptions will not be honored unless a valid tax exemption certificate is submitted.

—Cancellation Billing

In the event of cancellation by the client, they agree to compensate for all work performed up to the cancellation date. For urgent cancellations arising from unforeseen circumstances, both parties will engage in a discussion to arrive at a fair resolution based on the work completed.
